Free Amigurumi Pattern - OWL

Amigurumi Owl Pattern For Free

materials used:
2mm/2,25mm/2,5mm crochet hook
yarn: Katia Bamboo 
6mm black safety eyes

13 chain stitches

into 3rd stitch from hook 3 x single crochet into one, 10 single crochet, 3 x single crochet into one

turn, mark the beginning of the new row with a stitch marker (I use yarn)

2-13 rows: single crochet all around (27 stitches together)



make eyes: form a magic ring with 10, leave holes for 6mm safety eyes.

 attach the eye between 6th and 7th row counting from the top of the head, do the same with another eye

  make a knot

cut the thread

  14th row: 1 decreasing + 1 single crochet all around (18 stitches together)

 15th row: 1 decreasing + 1 single crochet all around (12 stitches together)
16th row: decreasing all around (6 stitches together)

 pick up stitches with a needle and..

 pull them together

 hide the yarn

you can add some extra stitches to an eye

 embroider a nose


3 long yarn strands and pull trough

 make a knot, cut the endings

for the wing:  form a magic ring with 6, 1 increasing, 2 x single crochet, 1 increasing, 2 x single crochet, 1 increasing, 4 x double crochet stitch into one, 2 x single crochet, 3 x increasing, slip stitch. Make two wings.


 attach both wings


well done, your little owl is ready :)
